I will create 5 unique posts per week for your socials, a mix of static posts, animated posts, carousels, and reels tailored to your ideal client. This will include captions and hashtags.
In addition, I will assist you in marketing your listings and open houses. I will also edit, brand, and post any short vertical videos you send me as reels. You’ll be invited to our private Facebook group, Reels for Deal$, and to our twice-monthly meet-ups where we will provide scripts and equipment and help you film your reels.
I can post to any or all of the following platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
I will review monthly metrics and amend our strategy based on what’s working. My approach is to build a local audience that is likely to use your services or refer you to someone they know. With that in mind, it’s not our goal to amass the most followers or the most likes, it’s to encourage people to pick up the phone, visit your website, or attend your open house. A small following that converts is much more valuable than a large audience that doesn’t.
